Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to optimize weekend operational workflows
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools for weekend performance metrics
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with technical and non-technical teams
- Validate data integrity and accuracy across weekend reporting systems
- Document business processes, workflows, and system interactions
- Support weekend system testing and implementation of new solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift or flexible schedule
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) highly desirable
