Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and functional specifications
- Create data models, dashboards, and reports for stakeholder insights

- Validate solutions through UAT and implement process optimizations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
