Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Design and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate workshops.
- Document business processes and user stories using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure the successful delivery of weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
