Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and analysis sessions with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for system changes.
- Map current state business processes and design future state process flows (BPMN).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT developers and QA testers, to ensure solution feasibility.
- Monitor KPIs and generate weekly performance reports to drive decision-making.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization within weekend operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all business processes and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US and available for weekend shifts.
