Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the weekend operational teams.
- Develop, maintain, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business needs and document functional requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders to track performance against business goals.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a weekend or shift-based role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
