What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development and IT teams.
- Conduct data analysis and trend forecasting to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Design and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to support executive decision-making.
- Act as the subject matter expert for weekend workflows, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Reliable availability for weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Systems preferred.
