Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Documentation: Create detailed process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and use case documentation.
- Data Analysis: Extract and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for process improvement.
- Gap Analysis: Compare current business processes against proposed solutions to identify gaps and recommend strategies to bridge them.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business units during the weekend shift, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Support & Testing: Assist in Quality Assurance (UAT) by validating test scripts, documenting bugs, and providing feedback to development teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to weekend or shift-based operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
