Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement weekend-specific solutions
- Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across weekend reporting systems
- Support system testing and validation during weekend deployment windows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Proven track record of optimizing processes in high-pressure environments
