Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Create and maintain data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business objectives
- Deliver comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UAT scripts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in government or consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with federal contracting processes a plus
