Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to define business needs and processes.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional technical specifications for the development team.
- Design and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to ensure alignment.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
