Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed process maps, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project requirements and facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
- Develop and deliver training materials and presentations to educate stakeholders on new processes and systems.
- Monitor project progress and report key metrics to management on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with requirements gathering tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
