Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop test plans and validate system changes to ensure business alignment
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience documenting requirements using UML diagrams and user stories
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
