Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level architecture for our core AI products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Research & Development: Lead a team of top-tier engineers in exploring novel algorithms, particularly in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strategic Vision: Translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps and innovative AI solutions.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI models into existing cloud infrastructure and edge devices.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and industry standards for bias and fairness.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
