Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the long-term vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends like Synthetic Data and Neuromorphic Computing early.
- Architect AGI-Ready Systems: Design scalable infrastructure that prepares our core platforms for Artificial General Intelligence adoption.
- Lead Gen Alpha Engagement: Spearhead product strategies tailored for the next generation of digital natives, ensuring ethical and inclusive AI interfaces.
- Oversee R&D Initiatives: Direct cross-functional teams in experimental projects, including haptic feedback loops and immersive VR environments.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Establish the ethical frameworks and compliance standards necessary for advanced AI deployment in 2026 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical future-proofing strategies into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and the board.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership roles within AI, Machine Learning, or Future-Tech sectors.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of LLMs, Transformer architectures, and the potential of Quantum Computing integration.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and executing long-term strategic pivots.
- Leadership: Experience managing diverse, high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead through periods of rapid technological change.
