Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on scalable AI infrastructures and quantum-ready systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and futurists to bridge the gap between theoretical AI and practical application.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and assess their viability for immediate implementation.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in leading technical strategy, with at least 5 years in AI or Quantum Computing leadership.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum algorithms (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and high-performance teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex future-tech concepts into business value.
