Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, and product developers.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership to align product goals with business objectives.
- Drive the integration of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation, mentorship, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and leadership roles.
- Proven track record of scaling technology teams and products.
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and microservices.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning paradigms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
