Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute corporate communications, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain filing systems
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for senior leadership
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Monitor office supplies inventory and procurement processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of corporate administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
