Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating cross-departmental meetings
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with precision
- Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating new hire orientations and training materials
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems ensuring compliance with corporate protocols
- Assist with vendor communications and basic procurement tasks

Qualifications
