Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex logistics
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential corporate communications and reports
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and meetings with precise documentation
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation with accuracy
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate administrative experience with weekly pay familiarity
