Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming emails, phone calls, and administrative correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit internal reports, presentations, and memos to ensure high-quality output.
- Assist in the coordination of corporate events and team-building activities.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy information retrieval.
- Perform basic data entry and market research to support the sales and marketing teams.
- Provide general office support, including managing office supplies and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional tone.
