Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain corporate server systems, network infrastructure, and cloud platforms during weekend shifts
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise software, security protocols, and hardware issues
- Execute scheduled system updates, patches, and security audits during low-traffic periods
- Document incident reports, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with weekday IT teams on cross-functional projects and system optimizations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Support weekend business continuity testing and disaster recovery simulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support with weekend shift experience preferred
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks
- Certifications in CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Azure valued
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and occasional holidays
