Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily corporate administrative workflows and documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for internal weekend meetings and corporate events.
- Process financial invoices, expense reports, and data entry with high accuracy.
- Assist the senior management team with generating weekly performance reports.
- Maintain office inventory and supply orders to ensure seamless operations.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and internal support tickets efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a corporate administrative or operations role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
