Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily corporate operations and administrative tasks during weekend shifts.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless workflow and project execution.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate weekly operational reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate digital records, filing systems, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new weekend staff members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate administrative or operations role.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
