Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the weekend operations team to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the end-of-week reporting, data analysis, and financial reconciliation processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for critical client inquiries and escalations.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Coordinate with the weekday management team to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate operations, management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
