Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all corporate operations and administrative workflows during weekend hours.
- Analyze weekly performance data and prepare comprehensive monthly reports for executive leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project milestones and deliverables.
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Manage incoming communications and inquiries, prioritizing client satisfaction and internal efficiency.
- Implement and maintain office protocols to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate operations, administration, or business analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with limited supervision during weekend shifts.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to our Denver office.
