Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Represent the company brand with a professional corporate demeanor in all client interactions.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to accurately log interactions, track sales pipelines, and manage customer data.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Participate in weekly corporate training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Must have access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
