Responsibilities
- Lead weekend security operations for corporate campus including access control, patrols, and incident response
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems to ensure facility integrity
- Train and supervise weekend security personnel in emergency procedures
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Implement security protocols for special weekend events
Qualifications
- Texas Class D Security Officer License required
- 3+ years corporate security experience with weekend shift background
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in CCTV systems and access control software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
