Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership team
- Oversee P&L optimization and resource allocation for strategic initiatives
- Mentor senior directors and build a high-performance strategy department
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure strategic outcomes and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of corporate strategy experience with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record leading M&A integrations and market entry strategies
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with board-level experience
- Strong background in SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation sectors
- Strategic certification (e.g., McKinsey, BCG) preferred
