Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year corporate strategy aligned with global objectives and Florida market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in M&A integration, market expansion, and operational optimization

- Direct budget planning and resource allocation for major corporate initiatives
- Present strategy recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 15+ years progressive corporate strategy experience with 5+ in director-level roles
- Proven track record of leading complex M&A transactions and market expansions
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of Florida's corporate regulatory landscape and business incentives
- Exceptional financial modeling and strategic planning expertise
- Strong executive presence with board-level presentation skills
