Responsibilities
- Deliver enterprise-level technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage remote and on-site troubleshooting for corporate clients
- Implement security protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during critical system deployments
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Provide end-user training for corporate software applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Availability to work Saturday-Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
