- Generate weekend performance reports for executive leadership review
- Lead cross-functional weekend teams including security, IT support, and facilities staff
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years corporate operations or shift management experience
- Strong knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure and workplace management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make critical decisions independently
- Valid Kansas driver's license and reliable transportation for facility inspections
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) preferred
