- Direct weekend operational activities for 15+ corporate departments
- Implement and optimize process improvements using Lean methodologies
- Lead crisis management and rapid response during weekend hours
- Coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones
- Generate executive-level performance analytics and trend reports
- Maintain compliance with SOX and corporate governance standards
- Mentor weekend staff and foster high-performance culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years corporate operations management experience
- Proven expertise in weekend/holiday shift leadership
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- ITIL certification or equivalent process framework training
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
