Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing) to ensure timely deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Track KPIs and maintain real-time dashboards in JIRA/Asana
- Manage stakeholder communications and executive-level reporting
- Optimize project budgets and control scope creep
- Mentor junior project team members
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget management and forecasting
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
