Responsibilities
- Architect and spearhead the 'FutureForge 2026' strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Web3, Spatial Computing) to identify disruptive market opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, and product teams to translate strategic visions into actionable development plans.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of innovation initiatives.
- Represent the company at high-profile industry conferences and tech summits as a thought leader in future technologies.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships with cutting-edge startups and research institutions.
- Mitigate strategic risks by continuously monitoring the global tech landscape and adapting plans accordingly.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology products or initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends projected to dominate the 2026 landscape, including AI/ML and advanced cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of inspiring cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
