Responsibilities
- Define and execute the corporate roadmap leading up to and through the 2026 transition period.
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating cutting-edge AI models into core business operations.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify emerging technologies that will define the 2026 market landscape.
- Oversee the development of scalable infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen data processing.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure readiness and adoption rates.
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for long-term innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership, AI implementation, or future-tech planning.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and managing complex technical roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
