- Conduct deep-dive analyses into emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Quantum) to determine their impact by 2026.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future initiatives with current quarterly goals.
- Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships that will accelerate our 2026 market dominance.
- Present quarterly progress reports to the board of directors regarding future-state readiness.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of forward-looking initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-year technology initiatives from ideation to launch.
- Exceptional understanding of emerging tech trends and their commercial applications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA highly preferred).
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
