Responsibilities
- Lead the Horizon 2026 Initiative: Define and execute the long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, scalable technical architectures capable of supporting next-generation AI workloads and quantum data processing.
- Bridge R&D and Production: Translate theoretical research into practical, deployable solutions that drive immediate and long-term value.
- Strategic Partnership Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and external partners to secure funding and resources for ambitious technical projects.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and emerging technologies like Quantum Computing.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and proactively adapt technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
