Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional engineering and product teams to accelerate the development of next-generation AI and machine learning platforms.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including quantum computing frameworks and advanced cloud architectures.
- Manage a multi-million dollar innovation budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of 2026 strategic milestones.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and project trajectories to the executive board and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation, mentoring mid-level engineering managers and tech leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-year technology projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technological trends, specifically in AI, Web3, and quantum computing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Strong business acumen and experience managing P&L for technical departments.
- Ability to work onsite at our San Francisco headquarters 3 days a week.
