Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and advanced data analytics into core business processes.
- Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product leaders to drive innovation.
- Establish best practices for cybersecurity, scalability, and cloud infrastructure as we scale for 2026.

Qualifications
