Responsibilities
- Architect and spearhead the overarching strategic roadmap to achieve our 2026 corporate milestones.
- Conduct advanced market foresight to identify emerging trends, technologies, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate closely with the C-suite to align departmental KPIs with long-term strategic goals.
- Design and launch pilot programs for innovative, future-ready products and services.
- Deliver quarterly foresight and strategy presentations to stakeholders, investors, and the board of directors.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of innovation analysts and strategic planners.
- Allocate and manage the innovation budget to maximize ROI on future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA highly preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate innovation.
- Demonstrated success in leading long-term, future-oriented projects from ideation to commercialization.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Green Tech) and their business applications.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Outstanding executive-level communication and presentation capabilities.
