Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive 2026 AI strategy, aligning with overarching business objectives and market trends.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product lines.
- Identify emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on our 2026 product pipeline.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Represent the company at top-tier industry conferences and technology summits as a thought leader.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML strategy and execution.
- Proven track record of launching large-scale, enterprise-level machine learning products.
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, LLMs, neural networks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
