Responsibilities

- Lead a world-class team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI researchers.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with overarching business and revenue goals.
- Identify emerging AI trends, such as AGI developments and next-gen LLMs, to maintain our competitive edge.
- Oversee the ethical, secure, and responsible deployment of AI systems across all enterprise platforms.
- Drive operational excellence by integrating advanced AI solutions into legacy infrastructure.
- Represent the company at top-tier industry conferences, acting as a primary thought leader.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling AI products from conception to enterprise-wide deployment.
- Deep technical understanding of LLMs, generative AI, neural networks, and modern ML frameworks.
- Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing technical budgets of $10M+ and large, globally distributed teams.
- Strong commitment to ethical AI development, bias mitigation, and data privacy standards.
