Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overarching AI strategy and roadmap aligned with our 2026 corporate vision.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate AI capabilities across all product lines.
- Oversee the development of scalable, ethical, and secure AI infrastructure.
- Establish key partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech consortiums.
- Drive data-driven decision-making processes at the highest organizational level.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully launching enterprise-scale machine learning products.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI, neural networks, and modern ML frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience operating in highly agile, fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align technical initiatives with revenue goals.
