- Stakeholder Leadership: Present complex future-state scenarios to the C-Suite and Board of Directors to secure buy-in for long-term capital allocation.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global markets to identify disruptive threats and opportunities that could redefine our industry by 2026.
- Innovation Labs: Manage an internal R&D incubator, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or Engineering preferred; PhD in a relevant field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or senior leadership roles within the tech sector.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate abstract future trends into concrete, actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI ethics, and scalable architecture.
