Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our 2026 business objectives, identifying emerging trends in AI and automation.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives to pilot cutting-edge technologies and integrate them into our core product ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term investments.
- Infrastructure Planning: Design scalable, secure, and sustainable technical architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of senior engineers, data scientists, and strategists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a strategic planning capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), AI/ML frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on disruptive technological trends before they become mainstream.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences clearly and persuasively.
