- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with leading research institutions, startups, and tech thought leaders to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of futurists, data scientists, and system architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic insights for executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with a proven track record of strategic planning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging Web3 technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate market shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
