Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision Initiative: Spearhead the development of a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on the specific trends and capabilities required for 2026 and beyond.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to identify high-impact opportunities for disruption.
- Executive Communication: Articulate complex future trends and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
- R&D Partnership: Collaborate with technical teams to prototype and validate concepts for future product suites.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in Strategic Planning, Tech Consulting, or Future Tech Research.
- Strategic Foresight: Demonstrated ability to predict and analyze long-term technology trends (e.g., AI, Blockchain, IoT ecosystems).
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
