Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company's 3-year technology roadmap, specifically focusing on AI and emerging tech trends.
- Roadmap Management: Prioritize and manage a portfolio of R&D projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource availability.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to identify high-value opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product teams, and engineering leads to integrate strategic foresight into daily operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with key technology providers and academic institutions to drive innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to innovation output and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MS) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in technology leadership, strategic planning, or product management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term strategies that result in tangible business growth and market expansion.
