- Establish strict KPIs for innovation pipelines, ensuring rapid iteration and deployment.
- Represent the company as a thought leader at top-tier global technology conferences.
- Manage multi-million dollar R&D budgets with high efficiency and ROI focus.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, R&D, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from conceptual prototype to global production.
- Deep, hands-on understanding of AI/ML, distributed systems, and next-gen cloud architecture.
- Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive and lead in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong network within the Silicon Valley tech ecosystem.
