Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the overarching 2026 technology and innovation roadmap.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including Generative AI, Web3, and advanced quantum-resistant cryptography.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align future tech initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Lead a high-performing R&D team focused on disruptive prototyping and proof-of-concept development.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech incubators, startups, and academic institutions.
- Ensure all future architectures adhere to the highest standards of security, scalability, and sustainability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or R&D strategy.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, distributed ledger technology, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Proven track record of taking emerging technologies from concept to production scale.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
